One of the very few European leaders with any credibility.He stood up for his people last summer despite the threats from other Governments.He wrote this a year ago, before Paris and subsequent attacks...

When the Hungarian PM became a prominent voice of good sense in the Summer/Autumn of 2015, I can recall a BBC 'Newsnight' report sniffily wondering whether his policies were really compatible with Modern European values.
However they didn't ask whether such culturally-enriching and vibrant practices such as FGM, Beheading, Oppression of Women, Carrying Out Massacres In The Name of Peaceful Religions were compatible with Modern Europe, or ask whether Germany inviting in 1 million potential supporters of such vibrancy into Europe unchecked was such a good idea. |
