Why take the risk.
Europe is teeming with refugees,ISIS has infiltrated them.
Holland had a huge problem before this recent influx.

One thing we now know is that its not only ISIS members we have to fear, these lone wolf attacks show us all are potentially dangerous.

Get your missus to take you to Dublin only thing to get you there is alcohol poisoning.

Been to Holland for short breaks last 2 years, to see the flowers etc at Keukenhof which is amazing. Stayed at Lisse, a small town about 30 miles from Amsterdam.
Spent one of our nights in Amsterdam itself, been there a few times, and by day Amsterdam is a beautiful city, lots to see, spoilt for choice for restaurants and sightseeing.
BUT... come the evenings and nights, it changes into something else. It seems everywhere there are only what I could describe as Asian types, lots of them in little groups going around. Didn't see any trouble, but felt uneasy a lot of the time. Everywhere they were coming up to you and whispering 'business?' as they pass. This 'business' means do you want drugs. Being naive I asked one what 'business' do you have, he replied I got the best... cocaine, heroin, whatever you want..
Blackest.. I assume your Mrs is going with you?.. if she's sending you away for a treat there are plenty of opportunities for you to enjoy yourself there anyway, but I don't think I need to tell you that Whoops
Go, and enjoy the city.

Probably safer than Oxford St or Westfield.
