They did not cut their own throats deep enough.
Did not meet the EU targets - so fined were levied.
Can we please hurry up with Brexit.
Nobody mentioned before the referendum that two years
before we were asked for a top up payment of
2 billion. It was scandalous at the time but forgot by
2016.

it's ok they have been offered £8k for each immigrant they are prepared to take in, out of our money obviously. So if Spain take in 300k and Portugal 60k it's about quits.
