I don't want to seem unkind but I was giving my spending money away to provide for this back in the 1950s.
All you need is a drill a pump and a pipeline and a stop tap.

The overseas aid we've sent over the years has been totally wasted with a fair amount of it ending up in the local politicians pockets.
The only aid that is meaningful is that which is delivered 'hands on'. |

Can they pump sea water inland - form salt water lakes. Get fish and seaweed.
Any water that evaporates might come back down as rain. i heard somewhere there is more fresh water up in the sky trapped in clouds than there is on the ground. Doesn't sound right - will google it one day. |
