Saw a broken down horse-box with some guy trying to change the wheel.....did the horse miss his race I wonder?

Went to Bibury initially .....that river does not look healthy.....maybe because it gets run off from the fish farm.
I thought when a horse box broke down they just shot it? 
Went to Blenheim Palace.....was an American car meet-up....some nice motors.
But I didn't go for that.

I know Oxfordshire & where Blenheim Palace is,
never knew until recently Churchill was born there,
