This shows the madness of gun culture in America (from the Guardian) where a guy the police were looking for took an AR-15 assault rifle to the parade:
A man who said he was the person of interest’s brother told a local news station that his brother was innocent and that he handed his gun over to police when the shooting happened. “100% it’s not him,” the brother said, adding, “With him having an AR-15 with him, I said ... ‘give your gun to the cop so there’s no misidentification.’” He said his brother brought the gun to the protest because “it is his right. The guy with the AR-15 did not shoot....he was just exercising his legal right to bare the weapon.....but not a very good idea.

FFS smart arse, what's he supposed to do, keyboard warrior? He's alone with a pistol, the other guys got an assault gun, the guy shoots round one side of pillar, policeman peeks round that side and gets shot in back as guy has come round other side and then the c**t executes him in cold blood. |
