Bit of a wobble, got him a double with Federer, knew this happen after Federer got lucky.

Thank feck for that!

His superior fitness won the day.

He is super fit but tsonga played a long game the other night.
If tsonga could somehow be more consistent he would be a top player. |
|
By:
what nonsense? Tsonga has been a top player for years, he still is.
he's always struggled against Murray but apart from the very best most do. There seems to be an insane attitude that apart from the top 5, who are all slam winners, everyone else is cr@p. |
|
By:
thank the lord that people like you bet.

By:
Aye cos betting favs always pays

I very rarely back favs, hth.
Tsonga will never ever be a top player, he is cannon fodder for the top 5, mentality he has problems, he can look world class for around 40 mins. |
|
By:
he has been a top player. what do you consider a top player? He's ben a slam finalist atnthe Aussie Open & semi finalist
at The French & Wimbledon. Is that not good enough? i guess it's all about how you define a "top player" but if you make the top 10 for as long as he did (#5 at one point) he's a top player in a very tough competitive sport imo. |
|
By:
wtf are you talking about ?
Glad there are people out there that think being number 5 is good. The gap is massive. bigger than your betting bank can survive. No doubt you can take little hits. |

french always get the white flag out eventually

it's better than good d1ckhead, it's elite, only 4 players better than you, millions to be made what don't you understand about this? As for my betting bank, it rarely goes anywhere near top 5 players. Knowing the players outside the top 50 is what pays. |
|
By:
btw i apologise for the d1ckhead insult. uncalled for and wrong, sorry.
I think you are very unfair to hard working pro tennis players tho. Talent isn't enough to get to the top of the game and it can be brutal for those who don't have backing from tennis associations. To dismiss players as no good because they have not won majors is ludicrous. Nalbandian never won a major but fewer finer players ever graced a tennis court. |

Not sure I'd have fancied Stan or Rafa against him on grass, but each to their own. He's a very good player. Had he not been injured for large chunks of time, who knows what he could have won? |
|
By:
Tsonga is a very talented player, im just looking for reasons he hasnt made it, he can win a set 6-1 but lose 3-1 in sets, didnt realise he had an injury problem, thought it was a concentration problem.
When on form he could beat most, sadly that form lasts less than an hour. no problems north, i am a d1ckhead at times ![]() |
