European leaders blame Juncker for failing to keep Britain in the EU

He is also blamed for making Greek debt and refugee crises worse

EU leaders also express concerns over Juncker's reported drinking habits

But there is no mechanism for ousting EU Commission president and he would have to resign if European leaders want him to go before 2019
