Will she make the leave as difficult as possible to send out a strong message to other countries thinking of leaving as well/prevent a domino effect, or will it be a smooth transition to end economic uncertainty?

I think her industry bosses will be pleading for her to make it as smooth as possible, they are in a precarious economic situation if their press is to believed.
