at least nw he wont have to improve his internet infrastructure as offcom arent as good as the new eu internet regulator...so he can throttle your traffic to his hearts content. |

oh and bt must have breathed a big sigh of relief.
the downside is if a uk isp wants to connect to a route owned by an eu isp they have to buy access at the moment....that wil have a services tariff on. so your bills will go up plus still get your traffic shaped....good init |
