I suppose there is a slightly more serious side to this.
One would not want a 14 year old girl getting pregnant. Perhaps If the parents of these two are known, perhaps they should be informed? |

the girl is in fact being raped thats how the law sees it if he was 15 he would not be charged with rape
but as the girl is 14 in law she cannot consent to have sex therefore he has broke the law as he is 16 he can be charged with rape and will be put on the sex offenders register for life |
