The boy is clearly a paedophile, try and secretly film them at it and then show the evidence to the police.

Probably a bit dodgy regarding the secret filming - could end up getting arrested
himself! Crazy

I was thinking that myself RonLaugh

They have both reached puberty, probably the last time he will be allowed to get to get a crack at a 14 year old.
I got that from "Little Miss Sunshine"...Alan Arkin as the heroin addicted grandfather telling his grandson 15
to get in while in while he could.....Blush

If they have indeed been promoting ISIS propaganda, you should indeed shop them as it's your civic duty Sir.

I suppose there is a slightly more serious side to this.

One would not want a 14 year old girl getting pregnant.

Perhaps If the parents of these two are known, perhaps they should be informed?

the girl is in fact being raped thats how the law sees it if he was 15 he would not be charged with rape

but as the girl is 14 in law she cannot consent to have sex therefore he has broke the law

as he is 16 he can be charged with rape and will be put on the sex offenders register for life

Would have been a bit of a job proving rape, since there was no sex in Shakespeare's plays

A kiss was the limit then

was the age of consent 16 back then? perhaps some of the more mature chit chatters remember

Its not even 16 is some countries now

Life expectancy was probably 30ish for a peasant back then so as soon as they pubes they'd have been at it like rabbits imo

dukeofpuke is absolutely correct. In the eyes of the law he is a peodophile. If he was 15, then he wouldn't be classed as a peodophile.
