Ali got out of hand there - Parky should've gubbed him.

Hi Vel, if it's been cut then I have no interest, posterior interviews are something I try to avoid at all costs at my age, esp if they involve cutting,

Well, it wasn't too bad, Boxingthefox. They could easily show all three or four interviews on BBC4. The Dick Cavett Show was good as Ali and Joe Frazier squared up. Frazier was ready to walk away.

Personally, I always thought Frazier the most laudable man.

I'm offski, GL and GN, Frazier always struck me as a man who would speak honestly, and do you a good turn (outside the ring) before a bad one. Just a feeling from the many pre/post interviews since his encounters with Ali, the gun episode tells all that came before.

Didn't he become Australian?
|
|
By:
Yes - he got a warm welcome, like all those old 70s programmes they kept making in Australia, long after they stopped making them in the UK.

|
By:
Surprisingly, that would figure.

So, the film.

You know. I admire the ability to erase failures. How else could we live? And why was I still logged on here? The gods of ethanol burn all.

Yes, his song about the French 2000 gns winner - a melancholy tune...was the film PRINCE VALIANT?
