This  should be right up your street ,poor womans  dog pegs out and she is abused and "prevented" from leaving ,they call the cops ,the whole  thing  is filmed and presumably sold it to the mail ,which turns it into a  hate fest    ....enjoy .
Then it gets an airing  on twitter ,this type of twisted news snippet  has spread far and wide in society ,its now endemic accross the board ,this is how its done .
