i know how you feel, i dont bother with illness insurance as you are only insured until you make a claim

Bit of fever ,hot and cold, hot head  but goose pimples ,head sore , blocked nose, doing the rounds ,prob some sort of remanian bug.

Try a paracetimol ,iboprufen and a Asperin ,washed down with a whisky ,if still the same after 1/2 hour.

are you laying winners and backing losers ..if so see a feckin doctor asap ,could be terminal

*if still the same check in mirror for a reflection

If you have a fever the ONLY thing to take for it is paracetmol, nothing else, any doctor will tell you this.  If you've an infection you obviously need antibiotics.  When you're sh!tting through the eye of a needle you need to be taking Dioralyte and plenty of water, if your getting a headache then your dehydrated.

Zero food. Just water for 24 hours, Paracetemol every 4 hours.
Then try plain toast. Then rice.Small but regular plain meals , until feeling better.

Keep off the prunes !
