and bringing it up is “offensive.”
On BBC 5’s Up All Night radio show Friday, Adebayo asked guest Ryan Girdusky to defend Trump’s “racist” plan to “ban all Muslims from America.”
Girdusky said the ban is a temporary “halt on Muslim immigration” to address the problem of terrorism by Muslims in the US and went on to cite the mass rape scandal in Rotherham as a reason a nation may want to restrict Muslim immigration.
Adebayo responded with outrage, claiming his accurate description of the scandal was “not true,” and hanging up on him.

You can hear Adebayo literally $hitting himself towards the end
that was pretty bad actually. Just totally shut him down when he was telling the truth.
Never seen or heard the bloke before.
Is he that French taxi driver?

He's good when talking about music.... especially when the bloke from 'Blues & Soul' is on with him. Also knows his football from around the world. But news and politics? ..... usual BBC cultural Marxist
C/P from his Wikipedia page
Adebayo was involved in a controversy on his BBC Radio 5 Live show Up All Night on the 27 May 2016 where he hung-up on a caller saying "That's not true" when he raised the issue of the Rotherham child sexual exploitation scandal, widespread organised child sexual abuse which took place in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, England, between 1997 and 2011. An independent inquiry into child sexual abuse in the town, led by Professor Alexis Jay, was established in 2013 for Rotherham Council that estimated that 1,400 children had been sexually abused, raped, tortured, abducted, trafficked and tortured in the town [4], predominantly by gangs of British-Pakistani Muslim men .[5] Abuses described included abduction, rape, torture and sex trafficking of children.[6]. Adebayo said "That's not true" and hung up on the caller prompting widespread discussion and over 100 complaints to the BBC.

He even apologised to his audience at the end if anyone was offended by what 'Ryan' said.
What a disgrace! I was offended by Muslims raping white girls you utter ****

Please show some respect and call him by his proper name. Oludotun "Dotun" Adebayo, MBE.
He always used to be on at 1am and was carp then..cant understand why the hell they have moved him earlier...then I realised what he is and who he works for....say no more
He got his MBE for services to the arts. If you check out his wiki page it's pretty clear he got if for being black and for promoting everything black.
only time I had the misfortune to hear him he was banging on how wonderful Nigeria is
He is embarrassing to listen to and when he starts singing
Adebayo's television work includes writing and presenting the docudrama Sperm Bandits, the documentary White Girls Are Easy

Science tells us that nothing ever happens - first there's the time scale - billions of years. Plus all the possible multiverses. There might be millions of other universes. So any event in this reality never happened? I'm not even typing this... ?
I don't know much about the Rotherham issue, but Adebayo is a very poor broadcaster. He often seems to wing it, pretending to be knowledgeable about subjects that he obviously knows nothing about. He doesn't seem to do much proper research preferring to throw in a few names and irrelevant anecdotes to try to sound more informed. And he is often found wanting. He is on the graveyard shift for a reason, but he shouldn't be on national media at all, imo.
Adebayo was good when he burst on to the scene at Arsenal but when Man. City set him up for life on a ludicrous contract he became virtually unemployable as a footballer as no-one could afford his salary.
Spurs ended up paying him mega-money to stay away and then Pardew thought he could get a game out of him at Palace.
Typical loaded footballer "celeb" who thinks his facile and anodyne views on world issues matter imo.

Until the police do their job and properly investigate what happened or did not happen in Rotherham
then all it is allegation????
then all it is allegation????
ebulGery one of the gangs who groomed, raped, prostituted and abused teenage girls in Rotherham were handed combined prison sentences of more than 100 years in February this year.
So I would of thought it was past the allegation stage.

Ha!
The biggest jerk I've ever had the misfortune to have my ears invaded by by radio.
I've only just come here and have no idea what he said - but I can guarantee it will be a pile of sh!te, whatever it was.
