It's ok but maybe not a good idea to put your head out of your sunroof when it's overtaking.

Prawn toast their best ever invention. The bus is a let down after that.

Superficially it seems a wonderful idea, but unless i've missed something, it requires massive lane discipline from every driver on the road to avoid at best delaying the bus, at worst an horrific accident.

Not a hover bus ,its more tram ,on rails .Think one is being trialled in the summer in Japan .
Of course this tech might appeal in the worlds most traffic conjested country and with the rolling out of automated cars with very advanced tech it could appeal ,think its being offered as a cheaper alternative to underground rail networks. Japan is nuts when it comes to car travel with the cost of driving and parking(you must own a parking space) very high ,strict regs on older vehicles (over 4 years) ages as well . Think overall transport infastructure is very good in japan but congestion in big cities a massive problem . |

They are not a country that have innovative ideas generally. They are much better known for Chinese knock offs!

If they had the old fashioned train toilets in the bus and open topped cars, it could lead to an interesting and fragrant driving environment.
