Jon was in Paris

Ex-head of Greek accident investigations asked Jon :

"I wish I had your English accent, would you like me to speak more slowly so you can understand me?"

I play a game now called "channel 4 news roulette" where I switch over to it at random times and try and catch it when it's NOT talking about migrants/refugees/some minority bullshit or some boring cr*p about hotel bills. For once it wasnt and I saw this interaction.

How THICK is john snow? It was totally obvious the other guy could hear because he kept stopping when he heard Snow speak, there obviously was a few seconds delay. Snow, highly paid TV presenter, didn't seem to catch this and rather than just ask the full question, kept stopping and starting due to the delayed responses. Just so poor!!

To be fair to Jon, I think he was having trouble hearing as some chanting was going on at the memorial square he was in.
