Daughter's PC which has all her uni work, will only start in "Safe Mode".

Is there some witchcraft for her to get at her files?

they'll be where they were before.

pretty sure the PnP drivers will still be there in safemode, so you'll just need to plug  USB stick into a USB port and copy them onto there and then access them from a PC that can be started normally.
