PLAN YOUR ESCAPE - Renault Captur ? Escape from LA.

I used to have a t shirt with  - PLAN YOUR ESCAPE - on the front. From the Film Escape from LA (Kurt Russell as Snake)

now it's a tagline on a advert for Renault?

Who owns the rights to the phrase? Plan your escape was also used in public info films about fires in the house and work.
