Winter is coming: Earth awaits ‘mini ice age’ in 15 years, solar cycle study suggests -  led by Professor Valentina Zharkova.(https://www.rt.com/news/273169-solar-cycle-ice-age/)

I keep posting about Solar Cycles - SOLAR FLARE activity too. That hot thing beaming out heat and radiation in the sky. That yellow disc has a lot of say as to how hot it gets in the UK. For instance do you know that we are furthest from direct sunlight in the summer months. In the winter months we are on the wrong side. Australia gets blasted then.

I'm conflicted by this study as I believe we will be heating up... its in the bible?

Global warming leading to climate change ,..The Sun's 11 year cycles does not explain the climate changes ,i think the suggestion is the suns energy output has reduced regardless of the 11 year cylces so we should be cooling ,some think we are cooling .
We never had a winter this year so not in the least bit surprised to see a small winter flurry in April ,remember snow in June 30 years ago .
Yes we are furtherest from the sun but due to ecliptic plane and the fixed angle of tilt we catch the rays flush on .
Think the biggest worry about Global warming and Climate Change is the shifting of the ice at the north pole ,the changes have caused melt but increased snow fall so a shift is in progress and a possibility this could alter the angle ,so they say .
I wonder about all the man made stuff ,all that concrete in small areas like Hong Kong ect ect all the cities .We must be changing the forces on the earth and could affect the angle ,which is changing anyway as it goes through the 41K year cycle of obliquity of the ecliptic ,throw in the 100k rotation cycle and a reckon we need to test run another couple of million years before drawing any sort of meaningful  conclusions .

Change is a constant.

Ask Leonardo DiCaprio... he seems to be an expert.

Got rewarded with his Oscar... now he's repaying the debt

furst thing he  sayed  was  "i am not an expert"

think your confusing the issue ,the reasons for change are many but rather than argueing about causes its  a good idea to do something ,whether climate change is being exasperated by fossel fuel burning ,cows farting or the wibble wabble of the earth matters not really .Tis a good idea to act ,fossel fuels (so called) cant be helping imo so no worries for me trying to get away from oil ,taxing carbon emissions ...again another arguemnt .

Truth is we know little about our plannet ,its history ,we have only recently arrived at the party ,unfortunately this has coincided with a lot of bad sh1t happening ,easy to see why folks thunk we might have something to do with it .

of course "Correlation does not imply causation" but its a start Laugh
