He's a very clever guy, brave as well doing all those marathons.

27 in 27 days for Sport Relief! Raised well over 2 million quid

Agreed, fantastic effort to do all those marathons. But he's no comedian. Should stick to running.
|
|
By:
Probably started the running thing with all the punters chasing after him wanting their money back.

spot on kenny

Not as funny as Grayson Perry and apparently Grayson isn't a comedian.

GP is a thoroughly nice guy. And a brilliant artist.

Yeah they both seem like decent blokes but agree with o/p about izzard's comedy

Never spotted in the same room as Clare Balding.
|
|
By:
Probably because people would close their eyes and leave that room immediately.

Dont rate him as a comedian . But those 27 marathons in 27 days including a double marathon on last dat.
Take me hat off to him |

When he first appeared in the 90's he was very different to the rest and extremely funny and i was a massive fan, he did not really change his act during the years after, which sadly i witnessed by going to a few of his gigs, the only change is that he was a pretty male lesbian but now is a leftwing bbc granny. such a shame.
He still did 2 great shows imo, Dressed To Kill and Definite article were brilliant but seem light years ago, cant stand him now. ![]() |

Attention seeking clown IMHO.

I know someone who loved him when he first came out. I saw him live, he was ok.
Not quite my cup of tea but he's not bad either, there are far worse comedians out there. Like for example all 3 w*nkers on "the last leg" combined aren't as funny. |
