It's disgusting. Sometimes they try and do it quietly thinking no one can hear it. Well guess what guys, it can still be heard. I find it just as offensive and disrespectful as having cigarette smoke blown into my face
Chris Pimlott was doing it on WH racing radio yesterday (he also hacks up phlegm and sniffs his snot directly into the microphone - and into my ears). CUT IT OUT YOU DISGUSTING MAN.
He's isn't the only culprit though. I often hear them having a sneaky bite or sip of something while talking, and it isn't just coming from that particular studio. Derek Thompson sounds like he has a mint or something permanently in his mouth when he's calling a race. There are others.
