Still working at 90. Got the gig when she was only 26, so fair play to her.

74 years in the job, so plenty of National Insurance contributions and should easily qualify for a full pension when the time comes to hang up her crown.

Completely barmy scenes. A cake that looked like 3 biscuit tins (or hat boxes at best) , the Queen digging a cake slice in while getting a free lecture about something, no-one attempting to eat any of it, and everyone walking off as quickly as decency will allow.

I feel sorry for Her Majesty having to endure those cringeworthy moments with her well-practiced stoic patience. 

What on earth were the organisers thinking of?
