That was a blast from the past I remember when they were trying to flog off flats for £69,000....they had to make em cheap to compensate for the chance that you might meet a cockney **** before you got behind the secure gates....alright now cos they'e all sold their council houses and fled to the whitest part of England they could find.

I have looked online at a couple of the flats for rent or sale and I don't think much of the views out the window.
The gardens look very nice tho'. |

you'd need ear plugs and breathing aparatus. its close to the blackwall tunnel and fairly often the traffic is bumper to bumper crawling through the pipe. estate agent speak would probably say something about great transport links

I went to possibly buy when they were first being developed. However, I did not buy because, as newly developed properties are, they were overpriced and small. One small room with high ceilings had been converted with a balcony into a tiny flat with no view. They are also surrounded by huge estates of council flats. The development did look nice however.
