With the recent media coverage regarding Andrew and Daniel Frankish and their horrendous maltreatment of their family pet bulldog "Baby", their sentencing of 21 weeks suspended for two years, and a tagged curfew for six months has riled a lot of people as inadequate punishment for such disgusting and cruel actions.

The poor animal was repeatedly thrown down flights of stairs, "pile driven" into the ground from head height, swung around, and stamped all over.

"Baby" was put to sleep three months later after losing the use of her hind legs. This was all captured on camera, and it is clear it was for their sick enjoyment.

We believe this sentence should be reconsidered and the punishment should be greater for such horrendous treatment of a defenceless animal.

You can find the full story and video footage at the below link. https://www.express.co.uk/news/nature/655391/thugs-throw-dog-down-stairs-harrowing-footage-graphic-video Please donate to the RSPCA through my GoFundMe page below, even the smallest amount can make a huge difference. My theory is that even if this petition falls on deaf ears, at least I can do some good off the back of these horrible events.

Many thanks! http://www.gofundme.com/babythebulldog

Of course ,goes without saying ,scumbags and no doubt hiding  under police protection.

Not sure that wee joogle was lucky ,looks like its blind and in discomfort .

Where are the wishy washy brigade of social workers to explain it all away ?

Not sure what the correct sentence should have been ,but seems a lack of info as to why such a leniant sentence was handed out ,must be reasons ,what were they ?  people tried to hide the identity of the younger one being released ,incorrectly using the age law ,he was not entitled to be protected but must be reasons why they have avoided custody and they reasons need explained

You know, one bunch of miscreants I'd particularly like to meet are those who mistreat animals.

Five minutes FACETIME from me - and they would never mistreat again.

I want you to post prove that you have donated the cash from the link to the RSPCA and your not a scammer praying on Animal lovers to fund your lifestyle! You are under no obligation to give the cash raised on your page to the RSPCA! I suspect your a degenerate fraudster but I sincerley hope not!

And the RSPCA are filthy rich and did nothing to get them pair of human filth sentenced to prison time so why would we donate to them?

bob has a point, ken.

The rspca ARE rather rich, as a re the sspca.  I regularly have FACETIME (in a polite way) with our Scottish mob.

''A member of the public found the chip on a supermarket floor, recognised Frankish and his companion and alerted the police.''

Why make a donation to the RSPCA?

There's been a lot of controversy over what the RSPCA have been spending their funds on.
Like giving huge amounts to a certain law firm that they deal with.

I wouldn't send them a penny.

But you say it's your funding page and the same person set the petition up?
By:

When: 04 Apr 16 19:24
I don't have a funding page, whatever that is. My pal's name is in there but he just forwarded the link to me to sign. Why not just sign it or don't sign it!
By:

So you just copied it and pasted it? because your asking people to contribute to your funding page you numpty in your thread !

what difference does it make ffs The petition is about stiffer sentences for animal cruelty. If you don't want to contribute just sign the petition, or if you don't want to sign it don't sign it. Fukin hell, some people.

It makes a massive difference because your asking people to give money to a page that people think is you! You state my funding page and I have signed the petition.

Ok no probs you could have just made it clearer that you were posting stuff from your mate as you assume when reading a thread that the person who started it isn't doing it on someone else's behalf. Anyway keep up the good work Kenny. And actually read what you post in future because half of your thread is about giving to a funding pageWink

The RSPCA spent £326,000 of their supporters’ money on prosecuting David Cameron’s local hunt.

Very poor.

The RSPCA want horse racing and greyhound racing banned. Be wary of donating money to them.

Hope the poor creature makes a full recovery.

Actually, Charwell, the dog in the photo DID make a full recovery. But the dog in the photo is NOT the dog referred to in the opening post. Sadly that had to be put down shortly after being abused so badly.
