my back is like a noodle. shredded. only thing that helps is walking and pumpkin seeds.
had to stop taking ibuprofen as i was taking 600mg a go. with painkillers too.
losing weight to see if back improves. maybe take up booze in my old age.

i had 8 months off with a bad back...back wont recover.

got 8 months sick pay...6 at full 2 at half....plus roughly a years payoff tax free when i left....oh and plus the holiday i accrued.
thats was after being wrongly sacked because of an ongoing knee problem...where i was off for a year till i won the tribunal.

got all my pay back plsu a years holiday entitlement.

their managers are the biggest bunch of ***** alive on earth.

they will try anything to reduce numbers if a bonus is involved....thats capitalism.

i will say not all managers....the odd ones are ok but the majority are utter ****

GI -been there 28 years and royal mail now is a disgrace your right about the managers all they do is bully staff i don"t know anyone in our office who likes being there they all hate it people don"t believe what goes on when you tell them
