They need to look at the recent purchase of over 4,000 acres around Blandford Forum in Dorset by Viscount Rothermere, the Mail's "non-domiciled" owner. God knows how much EU subsidy he and his family will be claiming to supplement his perfectly legal "non-domiciled" tax avoidance.

Still, his agents'policy of selling off the tenant farmers' accommodation to Londoners as second homes will no doubt bring in a bob or two in any case.

The funny thing is that he only bought it because his wife wants to be Mistress of the local hunt. The problem is that the local hunt has so far been less than keen on her.
