the recent volcanic eruption of Pavlov in Alaska spewed up and out 20,000 feet into the air. Lots of methane there?

solar sunspots causing aurora activity when it hits us.

There are about 1500 potentially active volcanoes worldwide, aside from the continuous belt of volcanoes on the ocean floor. About 500 of these have erupted in historical time. Many of these are located along the Pacific Rim in what is known as the 'Ring of Fire.'

don't forget to put your rubbish in the right coloured bin.

Thanks Zoro for that in depth investigation to the newly discovered phenomenon called "volcanoes".

Clearly the scientists around the planet are unaware that these so called "volcanoes" exist.

I was particularly impressed by your detailed calculations regarding the amount of gas released in the Alaska eruption. The scientific term "lots" as in "lots of methane there" is particularly useful.

Rather than wasting time studying how much gas is released each year by these secret volcanos & compareing to how much gas is released by other mechanisms we can concentrate on what this "lots of methane" is doing to the planet.
Your suggestion that we should put all our rubbish in landfill sites rather than recycling some should be acted on by government immediately. After all we now know that volcanos send "lots of methane" into the atmosphere.

A truly remarkable study Zorro - I'm sure Oxford & Cambridge will be sending out your PhD any day.
