The Camp residents are representing themselves in court and basing their argument around three things.
1 The Act of union
2 The Declaration of Arbroath
3 The UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous people.
Pointed out by the Judge that Points 1 and 2 are irrelevant and that Point 3 isn't a law the defendants were unmoved.
The Indy Camp ; Scottish law is different to English law.
