I suppose the worst thing that can happen is they keep any winnings
For me:
1. A friend wanted me to stop using the account while I was making lots from an active account under his name.
2. In the documentary “The Gambler”, John uses a friends account but doesn’t limit the friend’s access to it. The friend proceeds to lose lots of John’s own money.
