This Fred bloke reminds me of TGM. Used to know the krays, a bit "tidy", ran away from the east end to live in East Angular etc

reckon developers /entrepeneurs would love to get shot of those homes and people of jaywick , bulldoze the lot and put up luxury apartments and make it a new brighton or sandbanks ,so dump the problem familys there let it go to ruin and in time offer them something better than they have got now and wait for the dosh to come rolling in ...........only one problem the jaywick people love it there !

I used to do a lot of work in Jaywick when I was a Grants Assessor and used to always enjoy my time with indigenous lifeforms, it's a real one off environment, but yes the whole place should be bulldozed.
