human rights ?

Two cases probably of many show the absurdity of this ,Anders Breivik kills 77 people and appeals against solitary confinement.Secondly Joanna Dennehy kills 3 people and wounds others gets total life  sentence and appeals because prison is making her upset.
Would be interesting to read your views mine are that they should lose their rights once convicted they did not care  about their victims so why should we care about them.
Not to mention the enormous legal costs that will incur  most likely from the public
