It's not even a Polyversity, it's a 'revered' Cambridge college.

Goodness only knows what fun former alumni Peter Cook could have had with this. Some might say it's beyond satire.

“It’s also very upsetting to have my own theme effectively banned on the grounds of its offensiveness, as this reflects badly on me. I’m mostly just upset that I can’t use the man-sized hot air balloon costume I made.”

the theme’s fancy dress criteria could lead to “cultural appropriation” and even be seen as racist if students dressed in clothes from different cultures.

The best thing to do would be to sling out all the students from Oxford and Cambridge, and let the academic staff get on with research all year round.

That way, the students won't get to take offence at their own privilege, they won't go on to become MPs and bugger up the country for the rest of us, and the professors, freed from the distraction of trying to teach these delicate flowers, might find a cure for cancer or some such.
