It is true pal, it is only when it is so close to home people consider it, i will admit i used to be one of them but its hit me like a ton of bricks!!
When you've watch a child that is abusive and aggressive, but as he is you can see the tears building up and the lip going because he doesn't want to be like he is but just can't stop it, that part of his brain is too over powering!! You personally know that it is mental condition making him/her do these things but outsiders look on giving you the looks. Breaks my heart mate that people are living like this and there is so little help out there. I spoke with childrens services today about this child, guess what they said, he has to physically do something before they will step in and help his parents with support they so desperately need! His father works away from home and hasn't been to work for 6 months due to this, medication is being trialed but one by one they are failing! 10% of children who trial medication doesn't work or have bad reactions on it!! So basically someone has to be put in hospital before they will act!!! I am talking about an 8 year old mate!! And it most certainly is not bad parenting, nor is he a bad child!! Boils my p!ss!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() |
