To be honest I still am and am sure it is just a fluke I am here and able to post comments at the moment but I have been unable to log in to this forum all day. I can use the exchange, sportsbook etc but everytime I click the forum button it either crashes out or gives me a page showing my log in and account details at the top left but the rest of.it is in the logged out status still.
I took screen shots of it and sent them into bf today. Just wondering if anyone else is having this experience?
They sent me a reply saying that they are aware some users are experiencing difficulties and are aiming to rectify it and that my screen shot is a big help but I am unsure what they will do tbh it's been like this for days only for it to get worse today and make me email them.

i think most couldn't get on at all last night,
still been playing up today, not a browser issue either |

I would guess a few weeks, not a few days. Been an absolute nightmare, very hit and miss!

Problematic for about three weeks but even more so today.

^ same here, problems for a few wks but today couldn't post anything until this evening, and sometimes when I click on Forum get a blank page for a while then a message 'This Page is not available'...... click again, and sometimes 2 or 3 times, very hit-and-miss !

The forum's been done since I first tried around 8am. I called customer servives around 4pm and was only able to log in from circa 5.30
The exchange has given me no problems at all. |

I couldn't log on to forum after a MAC freeze, pushed off button and eventually got back after 4 attempts by clearing all cookies....all I know.

I've been having to clear cookies again all day today, after each time ive logged out of the exchange and then tried to get back onto the forum ive had to clear cookies. Can't be right surely

As long as the exchange is up and running, that's by far the main thing. The forum is just a bit of frippery.

I've tried a few times to log on and gave up. THe logon works, forum doesn't.
