You can guarantee that no one who run the BBC will ever be charged with neglect or covering up for any of them.
I don't know who are the most guilty over Savile - The BBC or the Police. I'd shade the Police and the ones who pull their strings, probably the same ones who covered up for Cyril Smith. |

It's not the BBC though, it was a group of people, some within the BBC, who had the opportunity to abuse underage children and decided to carry out that abuse.
