There was a report that one of the celebrities named was Frank Sinatra. If so, that might help explain police scepticism.

Blackburn has, on the face of it, been thrown under a bus. Either get hold of the diary and investigate properly, or rule it out of consideration.

No....the dead girl liked Sinatra (he was not in the list)....does not make all the other allegations untrue.

Can't help thinking many more BBC employees were aware of Saville, Harris and the like and helped cover up their crimes.

Blackburn denied he was interviewed by Bill Cotton but there was a written record of it.

He would not forget being interviewed about abusing a child.

Will never forget the TV comedy Early Doors. You see the quips about only Jimmy Saville and Cliff Richard being able to sleep soundly in their beds at night. Seems like even people like Craig Cash and Caroline Aherne were aware of these goings on.

I did not label Blackburn a paedo.....the girl accused him in her diary....along with a few others.....causing her to kill herself.
