excuse me if I seem a bit thick but all this about the price of oil is bad for us I just cannot understand that at all.
I have a mate who is a self employed courier driver and is now 70 quid a week better off or three and a half grand a year better of now with the cheaper diesel that's some wage increase.Putting more money in his pocket.
To spend on whatever or wherever he wants now surely that's good for the economy.

Its only bad for the traders and the big companies, if big companies dont make billions the rich get upset.

They say is bad because oil companies are not now making as much profit (ie. they have only made £20billion  instead of £15billion) and that will affect share dividends and pension funds are invested in oil ........zzzzzzzzz........blaaa,blaaa,blaaaa - its never good up or down which confirms they are greedy barstewards - how many billions do they need.

Well quite a lot actually AT if they are going to reinvest in the fields.
Any benefits gained by the 'little man' because of the drop in prices will no doubt be swallowed up by the numbers losing their jobs and having to go on benefits.

Why are people losing their jobs?

If they are still making a reasonable profit, they can surely ride this out, and as we know, it
will be back to 100+ dollars a barrel in a year or two.
