Unfortunately it is Not about Royal Mail but Yodel,
A Man I know who has a watch shop enquired to Yodel, where was the Box/Packet of watches they were supposed to have delivered,
Yodel said they were Delivered on a Wednesday and pushed through his Shop letterbox,
He said he has No letterbox, sent them Photo`s of the shop property door, No Letterbox, what did the driver do with them?,
Over the past 2 Months 10% of packets I posted through Royal mail have Not been Delivered, over the past Year 10% of the 100 items I sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery were Not Signed for, but Delivered.
Royal Mail have had so Many Compensation Claims during December 2015 and January 2016, they are Weeks behind Paying Up, and that includes one of my Claims.
One of the Problems with Royal Mail Compensation is, they will only pay you back what you paid for the enclosed items and Not what it costs You to replace them, or what the items are worth.

The problem today is there is little or no checks on new staff, you can do background checks on people born and have lived here most of their lives, but try doing a background check on jolly foreigner. I do mean jolly someone has just given them their country
