Facts and chums will be spluttering their fair trade coffee into their Guardians in the morning:

Six in 10 migrants arriving in Europe are economic migrants with no right to asylum, one of the EU’s most senior officials has disclosed.

Frans Timmermans, the first vice president of the European Commission, said that the majority of those coming to the EU are not fleeing war or persecution.

Many are Tunisians or Moroccans who were joining the migrant trail through Turkey, he said, and they must be deported if the public is to consent to aiding asylum seekers.

“It’s about 60 per cent of all asylum seekers,” he said, citing internal figures held by Frontex, the EU border agency. “These are people that you can assume have no reason to apply for refugee status.”

However, an EU scheme to remove thousands of failed asylum seekers has barely got off the ground. Some 683 migrants were deported under a “returns” programme between September and December. They included 153 from Italy and none from Greece, the main entry points. The flights – in which member states pool ineligible migrants – have deported people to Kosovo, Nigeria, Albania and Pakistan.

60% of 1,000,0000 is 600,000 and they've deported 600 odd. That sounds about right.

So very predictable. The people taken for mugs again and again. They have one chance left to take control. If they flunk that they deserve all that is coming down the pipe.

But we pretty much knew all this already? Even when the TV news were interviewing people, they were saying they were from all sorts of countries, and we knew there is a flourishing trade in fake Syrian ID to try to get round it.

Every clip we see on tv it's spot the woman and child time.
Watched one last night for a few mins and every immigrant was in the young male bracket.
Importing mayhem, rape and murder.

As pointed out on another thread on this very same question I would say the term con merchants does not fit in these kind of cases for reasons I mentioned. However, it does highlight the problems of integrating people with different views on things and who will naturally put themselves first in certain situations. I would not even call it selfish. It would call it natural.

We may have suspected this Just Checking but we didn't have official confirmation. It was like when a Labour official admitted that it was party policy to open the immigration floodgates to increase their vote and rub the rights nose in it. With official confirmation comes irrefutable proof followed by the luvvies slinking away.

No longer can the news channels pull the wool over the peoples eyes. The wool will only be pulled now if the people refuse to wake up and then what follows will be their own fault.

I would agree with you EO on another comment you made elsewhere where you spoke of the dangers of the integration of people from war torn regions where life is cheap and so is death.

I was just disagreeing with you EO on the use of the term con merchants. You cant blame people for looking after themselves first when they are used to that and apply our definition of that word to how you and I would probably think if we found ourselves in their position.
On the wider issue beyond the definition of a word I think we share mostly similar views about immigration/refugees on such an unprecedented scale from countries with different values about many things.

Still fill the criteria of a con merchant in this country or should we change our values to accommodate them.

Well the lefties will say we should take unaccompanied "children" - like the one in Sweden who just stabbed the young woman who worked in his hostel to death.

I don't blame people for looking after themselves first paddle. Western Society was built around simple founding principles including people looking after themselves and their family. It was also built on principles of equity even if these weren't always applied equally to all.

So please don't misconstrue my position. I've said for many years on these forums I admire the tenacity and desire of people who want to come to Britain (Europe/Merkel can make their own choices). I am merely pointing out the sham and shambles that our government is complicit in. They know the facts. They know the deceit. They do nothing.

I can't wait for all those moronic Lefty IANs who couldn't wait to advocate an 'Open Borders', 'Sight Unseen Mass Immigration' and a "Rapists and Terrorists Welcome Here, No Questions Asked" policy, to apologise for the damage they have inflicted on Britain and the continent of Europe. They have blood on their hands that's for sure.

What sort of a delusional, wet-behind-the-ears, more-liberal-than-thou, Britain-hating, human tragedy of an IAN would invite such savagery onto, for example, the women of Europe, basically just to feel superior about themselves.

And needless to say, the IANs who propose such policies, and talk big about giving a home to the "desperate refugees" (i.e. the desperately not very good con-merchants), they won't be living in or visiting any of the ghettoes in which that the con-merchants will be flocking to. And that's exactly how they like it.

The kind of IAN who goes missing for months after beating their breasts on that very subject? The kind of IAN who has refused countless requests from various people to say what they actually did and how that differed from what they said they were going to do? The kind of IAN who denounces the only politician with a policy seeking to arrest our descent into madness as a psychopath?

That kind of IAN?
By:
alun2005

Yes EO, I'd say that fits the standard IAN profile.

I should know being a £1500 a day Psychomological Profiler.

Obviously I was not saying we should change our values to accommodate the different values of other people. Viewed as individual cases I would say these people are doing nothing wrong as looking after yourself and wanting a better life in their situation comes before telling the truth.

But the fact the numbers are in the millions is the problem. I would blame Merkle more than the individual immigrants/refugees.

You cant also keep ignoring the sex crimes being committed in such disproportionate numbers. Over and above cultural differences you also have to accept that people who have known only war and killing and a different style of life and government will in some cases view life and death differently.

There is no similarity whatsoever between giving a new and better future and a new place to call home that happened after ww2 with refugees.

There may be economic arguments against Polish and other eu immigrants coming to more prosperous western countries in large numbers but they come with very little to no cultural differences.  I support the stance of Hungary to decide their own position and I did so from the very start. Those early tv pictures from there were unjustified in the message they sent out. The refugees there were not treated badly.

In the interest of fairness Germany is still living with its war time guilt and the fact its the country in Europe with the most influence has created much of the present situation. There is an extreme right wing element in Germany but they are always shouted down in far larger numbers by those who oppose them. The fact that the extreme right wing in Germany are died in the wool neo Nazis does not help as even if they might be right about something their real intentions are far more deep rooted.

Its clear mainstream Germany is changing however in its views.
By:

The point is that in view of Schengen Germany had no right to unburden itself of war guilt. That was always going to create problems for countries within the Schengen area who may have no desire to allow people into the country who may not be compatible with their culture.

Well exactly and you didn't need a degree in foresight to see a blind 'come one, come all' - one hesitates to call it a policy - was complete madness.

Now we learn that Greece is facing censure from the EEC for it's failure to impose EEC border controls and you realise we really are in the realms of the carpet-chewing mental!

Greece has a tad bigger problems on its plate I would suggest than being point-man for Europe's failure to grasp this particular nettle.

You can do nothing but admire the visceral humanist response that the citizens of Lesbos demonstrate time and again, putting their own lives at risk to drag refugees / immigrants / asylum seekers / ISIS insurgents (really roger? You jest surely!!?) out the Aegean and then try to look after them as best they can - whilst the EEC does nothing except go 'welcome to the party everyone - free cake for all in Germany!'

David Cameron is facing Labour calls to apologise for calling refugees at a camp in Calais "a bunch of migrants" at Prime Minister's Questions.

Labour MP Yvette Cooper said it was not "appropriate" or "statesmanlike" for him to use such language about a "complex and sensitive" issue.

Shadow minister Kate Green said it was "offensive, hurtful... and divisive".

Mr Cameron said Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn had told the migrants at the camp "they could all come to Britain".

It is always a mistake for a country to try and give the impression it is nice. People see this as a weakness and will try to take advantage.
They are not trying to get into Russia.

You only have to look at them to see theres not a f*cking days work in any of the c*nts. Look and listen and you will see nothing but tell tale signs of a 'tribe' in genetic regression from centuries of inbreeding and marrying cousins - could you see these toss pots running anything complex in this world.

Our best hope is they breed themselves into extinction, natural de-selection is what we are waiting for.

And the worst c*nts are the likes of Cameron and Merkel who believe these morons will change by coming to Europe, they won't and can't change because they do not mix.

We have a government that believes the likes of Fred West, Ian Brady, Myra Hindley and Dennis Nilssen would have stopped killing if they moved to Switzerland - ****s.
