Messed up some PC installments yesterday and had them mostly fixed by a repair company today.

Still got a very annoying message on screen which I cannot delete.

Namely:     acer Process6/8 eRecovery Management  Please wait.

How can I delete this please?
TIA

Sounds like some cr*p Acer have put on it, same as HP put cr*p on their laptops.
It's not a normal windows problem. I'd google the exact phrase or search the acer website.

Just go to system restore and go back to the last stored reset point before the installations f*cked it up - it should have saved a restore point for you.

Try restarting your PC and as soon as you see the Acer logo press F8 continually. This will allow you to access the advanced boot menu. From there select "Repair Your Computer". Once you get to the recovery options menu, select the Start up repair option and let it run.

Alt F10 should give you factory reset if all else fails - okay as long as nothing on there you need to keep - you should also find a setting to just repair windows without losing your files.

Just google the error message, there are loads of similar posts.
