upgraded to windows 10 and been ok until this morning. switched on and got blue screen with four windows on right hand side and user in middle with sign in
box beneath it. cursor moves about screen ok but wont click on sign in box. any help greatly appreciated.

just pressed page up key and changed to sea view picture from a cave with large digital clock (updating) and date on lower
left of screen and wi-fi and battery symbols on lower right hand side but still not allowing me to do anything else |

many thanks that has done the trick.
since I installed windows 10 the dvd player has stopped working. on windows media player it just says unknown disc and this disk is empty instead of starting to play the dvd....is that simple to solve ? |

Try and update the dvd driver for windows 10 or if you have rolled back to an older version then find that driver version.

Can you go back to windows 7 ... takes microsoft a couple of years to get it right, always has done, but even then they still can fail ... Vista.

many thanks...should have read about it before upgrading but upgrade to windows 10 didnt include dvd player. dont qualify for free version so have
downloaded videoLAN player which seems to be just as good |
