It's amazing how the media turned on the EDL and earned them such a bad name, when the vast majority of the population support the aims of the EDL which is simply to stop the spread of Islam in the UK.
The media always attributed the violence that erupted at the EDL meetings to the EDL. Yet when the police stopped the oddly named UAF who appear to be fascists themselves, from confronting the EDL then the violence didn't happen. Once again the general public have been taken for suckers by the media. |
