I have a photo of my late mother that i would really like to frame. Trouble is it has people in the background that i would rather not be there. I have tried editing the photo myself but with limited luck. Anyone suggest a professional photo editor?
The local Snappy Snaps shop offers it, and so do many others. I'd imagine almost any professional photographer (eg weddings) in your area can do it.

Or if you are asking what software they use, almost certainly Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

I wouldn't mind a go with photoshop but the cheapest deal i can find is £8.57 per month. Minimum 12 months(i think). Seems a waste for one photo.
I have tried to use MS Paint but is a waste of time due to its limits.

The free equivalent of Photoshop is called gimp (same functions, different user interface) but unless you are a highly trained technonerd, it might be easier to shell out the ackers.
You can download gimp from https://www.gimp.org/
