Just got back from seeing him, and he hadn't gone to his mothers'.
He was playing footy outside with James, and somehow fell backwards onto the block paving.
He was just laid prone, and when James picked him up he was just limp, and his his eyes rolled backwards.
Very distressing for James, as he thought he could die!
Ambulance and paramedic were there in ten minutes, and he was coming round when they got to A&E.
Fortunately he checked out ok, but what a horrible experience!

Thanks Diva. He probably did it with more style than me.
Thing is that when I got the message this morning, James had played it down somewhat, and it was only when I got the whole story that I realised how bad it had been!

I think we will have to get used to injuries in the future, as he is well into sport. Brilliant little footballer, and James is a qualified coach too.
Now he's also into cricket, and I bought him a face-guard helmet and pads for Christmas.
Next will be tennis, and then golf, hopefully.

No day out in Pontefract (actually Glasshoughton) for any of us unfortunately!
Lucas has gone to his mother's (aka "Nettle Face") and we were stuck in traffic, with two mile tailbacks on the M62, in both directions, heading for Xscape!
I tried to hit it via Castleford, but ground to a halt on the way down, and gave up on the idea of parking on site so went to B&Q.
Exchanged gifts and abandoned the day.
It took half an hour to get back to the M62. We should have known!!!
The place is a victim of it's own success!
