I dont smoke - but If i give up the heavy boozing/ lose weight (I am rather big 
) , increase exercise from the current 1 hour walk and build up to a full blown run
eat more regular meals and get the lower blood pressure average down by 10 points ....................
i could expect to live an extra 3 months

I have yet to read of a test that can predict me being hit by a bus tonight or shot by an Islamic radical tomorrow so I do believe you have to treat any claims with scepticism.
