Thanks g2d, just got home with tremendous news to tell, but although having aged 10 years in the last month or so we got the best result possible, I've only just stopped crying. God almighty, the stress levels for both of us have been through the roof but we fought tooth and nail and we won, the kids will be back home at Mrs. Blues house at around 8 ish tonight. That piece of filth of a Father has done himself up like a kipper. I'm so deliriously happy I cannot tell you. Thank you g2d and tmm for thinking about me in what has been a very traumatic time in our lives Love

Great news Slippy, (I sent you a PM 2 days ago) may I add some good news of my own, my granddaughter 22 months old had her plaster cast (both legs) removed today X-ray show that the bone graft to her badly formed hip joint looks fine at this stage, some metal and screws to be removed in 1 year, fingers crossed and her limp will have gone and she will be fully recovered in 2 years. Early CHRISTMAS FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!!!!

Just to explain, a very viscous custody battle about my partners two kids aged 10 and 8. He snatched them for 4 weeks and defied a court order, my princess has got them back tonight back and they are back in the nest x Love

Good luck slippy no winners in scenarios that you have described above, the father obviously loves the kids as much as your "princess".

Family law is difficult enough at the best of times but so many interest groups have seized hold of bits of it that reality has faded.  Too many of the educated middle-class make a living out of this so that sanity and fairness have become alien concepts.  What should have been obvious and straightforward becomes a miraculous escape.

The boy aged 8 has said to Mum he never wants to see me again as he wants Mum's full attention from now on and he said she is ''forbidden'' to see me again. The girl aged 10 has said the opposite and wants Mummy to be happy, it's just hellish going through this but she got them back, that's the main thing and our relationship has to take a back seat as the kids have to come first. We have to play the long game now as it has been a total whirlwind romance but we will do whatever it takes to get stability back, many tears have been shed recently.

Had a feeling it would end in tears Sad

Very difficult to take on children of that age with the father of said children still on the scene.

If it doesn't sort itself out I hope you can find someone without any baggage. Good luck.

I don't want anyone else crags, I knew her 25 years ago and played cricket for her Dad's team back in the day. It will not end in tears as you say, we will get married and spend the rest of our lives together come what may. She is the love of my life, he has got nothing, we are both financially secure, she is all I want Love

I'm worth about 6 million, his legacy to the kids will be a rent book and a bag of tools . He saw my house, a 4 storey mansion in Dulwich and he didn't like it one bit as he has nothing to offer and cannot compete with me, just complete and utter jealousy that it will be me that provides for his kids and pay their uni fees and look after them. He hates that ExcitedHappy
