Nice fortnight's free holiday for the Delegates.

- and just what qualifies the inumerable 'Delegates' to  represent all the taxpayers?

Why would you assume that the delegates are having a holiday? Is it because that is what YOU would do? Maybe their work ethic is stronger than yours. I certainly hope so.

NO - Because I would NOT be there.

Better things to do with my life - than try and get myself on a freebie gravy train of self-perceived importance pursuing 'creative crusade industry'.

Are all the Aids seminar 'delegates' - and other similar Quango collectives -  still attending annual get-togethers?

It is very likely that they have 'better things to do' as well. However, somebody needs to try to make this world better for future generations. Sad

Big business mainly trying to greenwash their image while continuing to profit from fossil fuels.

According the BBC there's a degree of uncertainty over the weather at the weekend. So not much idea less than 24 hours away.

Yet, they tell me the temperature will be between 1 and 4 degrees warmer in about a decade from now. Some 86'400 hours away.

Bloody clever lot.

Bit of a mouthful asking for that ticket down at the railway station.

Could do it all with video conferencing at a fraction of the cost.
