Will a bit of token bombing change the situation, if we can destroy ISIS fine, but can we?
This situation is highly complex. We have civil war in Syria between Assad(Shia) backed by Russia and the Rebels(Sunni) backed by us to a limited degree. ISIS(Sunni) supposed to be on the rebels side, have decided to go for glory themselves and have launched a war based on Terror. They want to create their own country. They are supported by Saudi Arabia, Israel and even perhaps Turkey(perhaps they do dream of another Ottoman empire...apologies guiness )This situation is very very complex. I don't know the answer, you would to pay me lots of money if I did, but I don't. Neither do I suspect anybody does, I also suspect our own leaders lie to us sadly. My instinct is against bombing, let the Russians intervene and win it for Assad, to end the civil war in Syria, although I don't our leaders want this |

I was always against the invasion of Iraq...I knew that was wrong and I still do
My instinct would have been no bombing here?.......but I am nothing like as sure myself So I hope it does turn out to be the right decision |
