I wish someone would put this anachronistic event out of its misery. The Ryan Giggs debacle was surely the end of any remaining credibility, with the McCoy nonsense not far behind it.

the irony is bbc doesn't cover any sport these days. when reviews sporting year will just have photos and drawings.

And what sport they do cover is done so utterly abysmally. Poor commentators and presenters, switching channels, outdated style. The Davis Cup match vs Australia they missed one or two of the games of the crucial match because they switched from BBC1 to BBC2 and had a repeat of Coast on instead.
